Returns: Our return policy allows for a 14-day window for product returns. To initiate a refund, kindly provide a receipt or proof of purchase, specifically in the form of an order number from the One Tap Only website—tracking or shipment numbers from couriers will not be accepted.
Refunds:

- If your One Tap product arrives scratched or damaged, a replacement may be provided. Photo proof of damage must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

If issues persist after activation, contact us at contact@onetaponly.com within 14 days of receiving the product. Return the One Tap product to our office in Ottawa, Canada, with the client covering return shipping costs. Once approved, a refund will be processed within 2-4 days after proof of shipping is provided.
Warranty: For product issues within 45 days, a replacement can be obtained by returning the product to our Ottawa office. Email contact@onetaponly.com for assistance.
Late or Missing Refunds: If a refund is not received, check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If issues persist, reach out to us at contact@onetaponly.com.
